- Principal punto de contacto y partner estratégico para una cartera de clientes asignados, entendiendo sus objetivos comerciales y necesidades de marketing.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes anticipando sus necesidades y brindando un servicio excepcional en todo momento.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos de performance, comunicación, diseño y desarrollo para garantizar la entrega exitosa de proyectos dentro de plazos y estándares de calidad.
- Gestionar el presupuesto y los recursos asignados a cada proyecto, optimizando el rendimiento y maximizando el retorno de la inversión para los clientes.
- Supervisar y analizar el rendimiento de las estrategias de marketing digital: Proporcionar informes detallados y recomendaciones estratégicas para mejorar los resultados.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento: Proponer nuevas estrategias y servicios que agreguen valor a las operaciones de los clientes y promuevan el crecimiento dentro de la cartera de clientes existente.
- Experiencia previa en un puesto similar como Account Manager en una agencia de marketing digital.
- Habilidades comunicativas y interpersonales, tanto escritas como verbales, en inglés y español.
- Conocimiento sólido de los principios y prácticas del marketing digital.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo
- Competencias organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Persona analítica y resolutiva
- Pasión y conocimiento de las últimas novedades existentes en el entorno digital.
- Contrato indefinido
- Salario competitivo establecido por acuerdo en función de experiencia/conocimientos.
- Modelo híbrido (3 oficina + 2 casa)
- Trabajar en un ambiente distendido, de confianza, responsabilidad y compañerismo.
- Plan de retribución flexible a gestionar de manera individual entre los siguientes servicios: seguro médico, guardería, ayuda a comida, transporte público.
- Flexibilidad horaria, con jornada intensiva los meses de Julio y agosto, y los viernes de todo el año, 22 días de vacaciones + día del cumpleaños + 24 y 31 de diciembre.
