Global Process Expert (GPE) Attract-to-Grow

Role description
RHI Magnesita has embarked on a journey to become a genuine process-based company.

One of the most important elements of any process-based company is the role of Global Process Owners, as they will be fully accountable for the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of their respective end-to-end process, supported by
a high-performing team of Global Process Experts (GPE).



This position will be based In Gurgaon (India)
RHI Magnesita has established the following six end-to-end processes:

Attract to Grow (AtG):


  • Lead to Cash (LtC)
  • Plan to Make (PtM)
  • Portfolio to Value (PtV)
  • Purchase to Pay (PtP) and
  • Record to Report (RtR)

Responsibilities of a Global Process Expert

  • Provide indepth HR knowledge and expertise
  • Identify and analyse stakeholder requirements from both business and Shared Service Center side
  • Develop, document, implement and improve processes (activities, variants, roles, controls, change mgmt.)
  • Drive the change management from old to new ways of working
  • Pilot improvement initiatives related to pain points, aligned with corporate priorities and stakeholders
  • Challenge status quo by providing own experience for simplifications or automation, process or system wise
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to identify areas for further improvements (KPIs and SLAs)
  • Foster cross functional collaboration to ensure that processes are integrated across the organization
  • Support the Global Process Owner to continuously improve the process strategy and performance targets

Skills & experience required

  • 510 years of international expertise in Shared Service Center Industry exeperience as E2E AttracttoGrow (mandatory in time management, payroll, HR Master data), operationally, process or project management related
  • Very strong stakeholder management and change management attitude with experience in process changes
  • Experience with shared service model and transformation
  • Analytical and structural thinking
  • Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong execution and resolution focus
  • Preferably first experience with SAP Signavio
  • Very strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels to connect areas and able to identify and raise operational pain points, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Global mindset to allow to work across multiple cultures
  • Software affinity to understand, explain and overall HR Landscape and data flow
  • English as Business language
