    Requisitos

    Imprescindibles

  • Formación universitaria en ingeniería.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestionar equipos de arquitectura de despliegues, CI/CD.
  • Conocimientos en diseño y desarrollo de herramientas de automatización de Devops (Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins...), definición de testing automático, IaC.
  • Habilidades en gestión de equipos y liderazgo.
  • Habilidad en análisis, síntesis y resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades en planificación de proyectos y gestión presupuestaria.
  • Nivel alto en inglés (B2).

  • Conocimientos en generación de informes en Excel.
  • Conocimientos en la elaboración de presentaciones y su comunicación.
  • Habilidades de comunicación con otros equipos.

    • Aspectos generales

    Sobre el puesto

    Las principales funciones serán entre otras:

  • Liderar la estrategia de arquitectura en los entornos de desarrollo facilitando el gobierno de despliegues y pruebas con calidad para las aplicaciones CIB.
  • Coordinar el área de DevSevOps, definiendo la estrategia de gestión del backlog para CIB, la construcción y despliegue automático del software mediante integración continua, en on-premise y cloud.
  • Empoderar al área de Testing, haciendo que hagan la labor de acompañamiento siendo encargados del gobierno de las pruebas de CIB, definiendo la estrategia para conseguir los mayores niveles de calidad en las aplicaciones CIB.
  • Responsable del área de Delivery Management, con el objetivo de velar por los entornos previos de CIB, gestionando las necesidades de los equipos de desarrollo de software para un correcto uso de los entornos previos.
  • Interlocución con equipos Holding para las anteriores disciplinas.
