is an architectural office started in Spain in 2003 with a big international professional trajectory opening offices in France, Berlin, UK and Belgium.

We work for private clients, residential, commercial, corporate, industrial, hotel and cultural projects, offering integral Architecture, Project Management, design and consulting services.

Who are we? IPS is an international company with inhouse Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries, Automation and Architecture.

Now, we are looking for a Technical Architect in our office in Madrid or Barcelona.

As an employee of ARQUID, the profile will actively participate in a wide range of projects, from small improvements and renovations to large industrial investments.

As a technical Architect you will collaborate with out architects and team members executing a variety of projects.

What is the role About?

We are looking for a profile that produces technical documents, have the capacity to review the technical work from other team members, has the capacity to lead a site construction, teach about technical staff to others, implement and execute the projects as they are design or look to achieve a great result similar to what was design, collaborate with the lead architects of the office, respect the methodology of the company, not only IPS but the one in ARQUID which is the main goal.

As a technical Architect you will be responsible of:

Performe and produce technical information.

- leading and developing the site works supervision.

Develop quality control and plan Follow up.
Develop reports according to requirements.
Lead authorities' communication for permits and staff.
Conduct constant revision of project execution projects of the team to analyze and understand problems, propose solutions, etc.
Have the capacity to control the cost of construction.

- the claims from a contractor versus the contract signed.

Capable of perform BoQ
Knowledge on Spanish LOE regulation about DEO and DO performance.
Knowledge on environmental permit process

Requirements:

Degree / certificate in architecture or technical architecture
5 to 7 years of experience as a technical architect with similar responsibilities.
9 years of total experience
BIM environment will be a must for her/his daily tasks and projects national and international.
Fluid in English and French
Knowledge on Spanish LOE regulation about DEO and DO performance.
Travel availability. Open to 25% national mobility and 25% international mobility.
Possibility to have the chance to get VISA for projects as DEO ( Nice to have)
Knowledge in BIM, AutoCAD, Excel and office.
