Workplace Consultant Internship

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of visioning sessions, workshops and focus groups
Conduct and analyse quantitative and qualitative data from research such as surveys, occupancy studies
Assist in determining space requirements and developing space budgets
Understanding and knowledge of building regulations and professional standards
Synthesise research from internal and external sources into a workplace brief
Experience/knowledge based on workplace policy development, planning and design
Participate in the change management process associated with workplace redesign.

Skills Requirements


Relevant Degree:
Architecture, Technical Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Design Technology, Building Engineering etc.
Great communication ski
Understanding of current best practices and trends in the workplace and other architecture and design fields
Initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and patience
Quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable in translating large data sets into compelling findings
Ability to present and articulate ideas and analysis
Clear understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements around building occupancy.

Design / CAD skills are not essential, but the ability to read, review, and mine all types of drawing information for key metrics is required.

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
