Our People team is growing on a global scale and we are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Manager who will help us to establish a talent mapping according to our hiring needs within a hypergrowth environment, at the same time creating a talent acquisition strategy as well as building pipelines of key talent to ensure that our company meets our future business goals.


Job duties and Responsibilities:


  • To manage the recruitment process, assisting with the recruitment of staff and management, ensuring our ability to attract, retain and develop talent and achieve forecasted business volumes.
  • Managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across EMEA and LATAM, coaching and developing them to attract the best talents in their market using innovative, and effective hiring solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective recruitment process for each vacancy, using varied resourcing methods: Direct sourcing on LinkedIn, internal ATS, referral programs, networking and events.
  • To produce monthly statistics in terms of the hiring process: (Fill rate & time to hire)
  • Provide advice and guidance to the line managers on best practices on new hirings.
  • To undertake regular one to ones with all members of the team, ad biannual appraisal reviews, setting objectives in line with People strategy.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar (experience in the Fintech industry would be a plus).
  • Proven experience within a fast paced, highly energetic environment, and be able to make positive contributions towards business improvement and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to lead and drive change initiatives, with good understanding of the principals of change management.
  • Ability to be hands on but also able to work on strategic projects.
  • Ability for problem solving conflict resolution, motivation, and negotiation.
  • Assertive with a cando attitude.
  • Ability to work with staff at all level.
