Working closely with global stakeholders, the People team, Talent Acquisition, etc, you will lead a global team by designing and delivering innovative strategies to position SITA as a top employer and attract the best talent to support our business growth.

You adding value to SITA:

  • Deliver talent market insights that raise awareness on market competitiveness, skills shortage, and hidden talent, and influence leaders and HR stakeholders across SITA to design and action gotomarket tactics to reach, attract, and acquire top talent.
  • Reposition SITA as a top employer within target markets with modern, digital, and scalable initiatives and rollout a strong, attractive, and competitive employer brand that globally serves business talent acquisition needs.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to map, attract, source, and build pipelines of talent to support SITA's growth today and tomorrow.
  • Lead the work of regionally located talent sourcing team members who create engagement with key talent markets for SITA through modern, efficient, and scalable actions/solutions.
  • Manage, train, mentor, coach, and support the global talent attraction team and provide it with targets, tools, and best training to be set for success.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A university degree or equivalent in Psychology, Human Resources and/or marketing, media
  • communications;
  • Perfectly Fluent in English.
  • 510 years' cumulative professional experience in Talent Acquisition, and Sourcing
  • Strong passion for Talent intelligence and Employer Branding.
  • 23year experience in leading Talent Attraction transformations, integrating new services and technologies, including change and project management.
  • Remote team management experience essential;
  • Proven experience in managing people remotely
  • In addition, we are seeking a highvoltage, proactive, creative, and outstanding leader with a tryfast, failfast approach.
