The role

ERM is hiring an experienced TA / Recruitment Manager to lead our Southern Europe delivery based from Barcelona supporting across Spain, Italy, Portugal France, Belgium and The Netherlands.

You will have outstanding people leadership and development skills ideally managing cross country and remotely based individuals.

A research-based approach to recruitment is an essential requirement for this role as we will need someone able to leverage market data to influence hiring decisions.

Prior experience in technical, consulting and/or scientific related skills ideally in the environmental, civil engineering, oil & energy and/ or management consulting industry sector is beneficial but not essential.

Fluency in Spanish, Italian & English is essential.
