Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Support Specialist will be:Taking care of inquiries and technical issues from patients and providing support via e-mail and phone callsMaintaining and updating the patients' accountsObserving the ongoing procedures to guarantee the compliance of set standardsReporting and analysing patient and device information, dispatching replacement products and samples and catching up with patients according to departmental standardsDealing with sensible dataEnsuring high-quality service and client's satisfactionWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: IndefinidoFulltime, Mon-Fr office hoursTraining: 2-4 weeks followed by a practical period (Training and familiarization together will take 4 months)
