    Description

    Job Title : Investor Relations Associate

    Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)

    As Investor Relations Associate , you will Coordinate Galderma's Investor Relations (IR) activities with a focus on tracking market perception, especially holding the financial model, maintaining the investor database, and disseminating key external insights, along with supporting both investor engagement and IR team logistics.

    The role reports to the Investor Relations & Strategy Director

    Key Responsibilities

  • Hold the financial model up-to-date, along with inputting into financial guidance processes.
  • Maintain the investor relations database and meeting records into the CRM system.
  • Help manage correspondence with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Help anticipate and populate the Q&A database, especially ahead of key events.
  • Help disseminate key external insights to stakeholders internally.
  • Assist in the preparation of IR briefing documents, reports and presentations.
  • Help plan and organize IR activities/ calendar.
  • Help keep the IR section of the website up-to-date.
  • Support the Strategy, Investor Relations and ESG team broadly ad-hoc as relevant.

    • Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or with an equivalent experience/qualification.
  • Proven experience as a junior professional in an investor relations team or at an investment banking, Big 4, or strategy consulting companies, healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Business partnering to build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships.
  • Understanding customers and key stakeholders interests and concerns and provide solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance to line managers and employees.
  • Strong team player with effective communication.
  • Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
