In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Execute day-to-day administration, configurations, user accounts, roles, reports/dashboards, sharing rules, security, configuration, workflow rules, support, maintenance, documenting business requirements, conducting UAT and improvement of our Salesforce platform and other smaller scale projects that don't require IT development resources.

Execute day-to-day administration, configurations, user accounts, roles, reports/dashboards, sharing rules, security, configuration, workflow rules, support, maintenance, documenting business requirements, conducting UAT and improvement of our Salesforce platform and other smaller scale projects that don't require IT development resources.


Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce platform administration (Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Maps and other platform apps), sales process flow (Campaigns, Leads, Account, Contact, Opportunity).

Own all reporting, dashboard and analytics functions within Salesforce and manage weekly/monthly reports (e.g. funnel management) and perform analysis for sales management.


The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience

Prior experience in managing, deploying and supporting Salesforce platform and tools


Ability to work in a team environment & interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality/integrity high priorities for self and team.


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 and ADM211) certified or ADM201 is a plus

Working experience in a Medical industry is a plus.
