This program will re-invent how Amazon attracts, communicates with, and ultimately hires its hourly associates.

This team will own multi-layered research and program implementation to drive deep learnings, process improvements, and strategic recommendations to global leadership.

Key job responsibilities
Define a new product roadmap requiring frequent multi-layered communication, organization/time management, and creative problem solving skills.

Building a close partnerships with stakeholders to research, design, implement and drive adoption of new tools.

Act as a key internal resource in the analysis, measurement, and requirements-gathering related to process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Plan, design and communicate the implementation and adoption of new products.

Identify gaps for localization and bridge them to ensure adoption of products in different locales.

Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Partner with legal, public relations, employee relations to ensure compliance of new products in different legal jurisdictions.

  • Master's degree
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Established experience in HR, Business Analytics or Recruiting with knowledge of HR Privacy regulations and AWS technologies for business intelligence.
