- Identify and prospect new clients interested in purchasing new developments.
- Present and promote the project to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for promoting new developments.
- Experience in sales within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of new built projects and the building process
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages will be beneficial, especially German, Dutch, Swedish and Polish.
