Job description:


Reporting to the Associate director of International Recruitment, you will be responsible for the development of international recruitment, including digital recruitment, and will be involved in the administration of international admission.


Promotion, recruitment and competitive examinations allow for the integration of students from all over the world into undergraduate and postgraduate programmes: Bachelor's, Master's and MSc and other future programmes for all ESSCA campuses (France, China and new campuses abroad),
with a focus of 80% in Spain.



Promotion/recruitment for a specific region:


  • Participation in the development of the recruitment and branding strategy in Spain
  • Participation in/organisation of all international promotion and recruitment operations (physical fairs and digital operations)
  • Participation in the development of the online recruitment strategy
  • Qualitative and quantitative management of leads generated including telemarketing
  • Setting up and participating in webinars
  • Monitoring and reporting of recruitment stats and participation in budget optimisation
  • Implementing Recruitment campaigns with the communication department
  • Implementing operations to achieve the commercial objectives for the recruitment of international students, from prospecting to the final registration of students

International competitions according to the needs of the School:

  • Follow up on admissions tests and conduct interviews if necessary

Ad hoc missions:


  • Other missions according to the needs of the International Promotion & Recruitment Unit
  • In coordination with the campus director of Malaga and the responsible of international and national corporate relations, organize and participate in corporate fairs, workshops, and presentations
Weekdays + some Saturdays and weekends worked per year according to forecast schedule

Mobility: 50%-time travel to be expected: geographical areas to be prospected according to the priorities defined

Position to be filled on 1 September 2023


Profile:


  • A University degree on business/sales/marketing/communication, engineering
  • Professional experience of at least one year in the promotion and/or commercial development of large schools or universities, particularly internationally or in commercial position of any sector
  • A first professional experience abroad would be a plus
  • Having permission to work in the EU

Know-how (technical skills)

  • Strong commercial and communication skills and proven convictions.
  • Competence in digital, Microsoft CRM tools
  • Languages: Spanish and English are a must. French and Arabic will be an asset
  • Organization and method

  • Ability to work in a team and remotely, sense of contact, diplomacy, ability to adapt to different interlocutors and different cultures
