Job Description:


As a Sales Agent at Calisto, you will be responsible for representing the company in promoting and selling properties, as well as promoting our property management and vacation rental services.

Your main objective will be to identify sales and rental opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and close successful transactions.

You will be a brand ambassador and work to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in every interaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and contact potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties, as well as our property management and vacation rental services.
  • Show properties to potential clients and provide detailed information on features, prices, and sale or rental conditions.
  • Actively promote our property management and vacation rental services to homeowners and potential investors.
  • Negotiate sales or rental terms and conditions that satisfy both buyers/renters and sellers/property owners, as well as property management and vacation rental agreements.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market, including price trends, supply, and demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and rentals activities, as well as client updates.

Requirements:


  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with clients.
  • Resultsoriented and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of processes and legal terms related to property buying, selling, and renting (preferred).
