We are now expanding our team with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Spain who will work with our sales and marketing teams to deliver qualified leads to our salespeople.


Your tasks will include:

You will lead prospecting for a designated area and be responsible for creating quarterly plans to meet quotas. Additionally, as an SDR, you will provide regular, accurate forecasts and update customer prospect status using Salesforce.

You will be part of a team of 13 SDRs working nationally throughout Europe. The team leader is based in the United Kingdom, and this is the person you will report to.


What characteristics do you need to succeed in the SDR role?

  • Ambitious and selfmotivated person who is willing to achieve the highest quality in your work.
  • Creative and confident communication skills and open to feedback and development.
  • Consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas within specified time frames.
  • Selfdirected person with a track record of successful, measurable customer followup and sales development at multiple leadership levels in an organization.
  • Strong ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and manage time.
  • Experience with call structuring, call control, and pitching.
  • Experience with using social selling tools like Google and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work in a highenergy and fastpaced sales team.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, good listening skills, good writing skills.
  • Fluent in Spainish and strong business English.

Desirable:


  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of the HR sector is advantageous but not essential.
