- Customer Engagement: Interface directly with potential customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements. Build strong relationships through high levels of technical expertise and understanding of their business.
- Product Demonstrations: Develop detailed PoC systems based on the requirements and perform detailed demonstrations of the product capabilities to customers, highlighting features that will specifically benefit them based on their individual needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information). Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the sales and product management teams, conveying customer feedback to help shape future product developments and enhancements.
- Support Implementation Teams: Provide detailed knowledge transfer to the teams implementing the final solution after the opportunity is won. Develop detailed documentation that will aid the implementation team in understanding the needs and implement the solution for the client.
- Market Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and the latest company product developments.
- Inter team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across globe efficiently to get necessary assistance while working on a project.
