This is a remote position.


The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of high quality and profitable projects for Infoverity clients.

In this role you will be managing international consulting teams to deliver projects for clients located in Europe, LATAM and DACH regions.

Exceptional communication skills and focus on details are essential for the role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday solution delivery for client accounts, ensuring Infoverity standards are met and in accord with Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by setting, managing and delivering on expectations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and project execution to ensure timeliness, quality and profitability.
  • Monitor and report status and risks to client and Infoverity management.
  • Anticipate and assign the correct resources to ensure timely, profitable and quality completion of projects and to maximize the productivity of the project team.
  • Monitor and understand the client project budget to identify potential shortfalls or overages.
  • Make recommendations to clients as requested on best practices or long term solutions to resolve current issues and also set them up for future satisfaction of system design.
  • Interface with clients and Infoverity Practice Area Managers to understand business and technology needs, propose solutions and secure and deliver projects.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings to ensure progress on solutions and products.
  • Look for opportunities to mentor team or make recommendations for future skill set advancement areas.
  • Ensure adherence to established best practices, policies, procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Understand the work of the project teams at a sufficient level of detail to represent critical activities to clients and staff, to monitor for appropriate project progress and to adjust plans as necessary.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Drives and is responsible for billable utilization goals.

Requirements:


  • Proven expertise in one of the following areas: software development, data management, business intelligence, data integration or IT consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels within client accounts.
  • Experienced team builder and consummate team player.
  • Confidence in tackling new business or technical challenges.
  • Disciplined curiosity: interest in asking 'why' and synthesizing important findings into alternatives and recommendations.
  • A person who is not shy about learning, nor reluctant to build bridges to accomplish goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to communicate and translate technical information appropriately to different levels of the client organization.
  • Ability to provide fair and accurate feedback during review process with Infoverity team members.
  • Attention to details.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish, English & German.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in one of the required areas of expertise.
  • At least 3 years of leading diverse teams and managing complex technology projects.
  • Desired experience in IT consulting role.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the European Union.
  • Desirable PMP or PRINCE 2 certifications.
