The primary objective of the role is to support the business opportunity as a workstream lead during LLP Due Diligence phases.

The secondary purpose of the role is to lead LLP solution development activities during LLP opportunity pursuits developing compelling "solution fitted" LLP proposals through the O2D process.

The projects can be European or Global of nature, all development activities requires close collaboration with internal work streams, SME's and local peers.

What are you accountable for achieving as a LLP Supply Chain Consultant Due Diligence?

  • Support the Coordination / Alignment between different functions (with DD Mgr)
  • Conduct overall Business case and Concept of Operation handover activities and clarifications
  • Participation in Due Diligence sessions (where applicable)
  • Support Impact analysis and align with workstreams on adjustments on future state set up
  • Support with related topics (impacts) to be raised to or by the Steerco
  • Conduct Cost Model adjustments and Concept of Operations updates during Due Diligence
  • Validation of Value creation / Savings initiatives during Due Diligence
  • Participate in "business critical" topics during Due Diligence
  • Supply chain baseline analysis & reengineering / modelling optimal networks.
  • LLP Solutions development (process mapping, organization design, alignment with different functions)
  • Develop LLP costmodel and scenario's in alignment with various workstreams
  • Supply chain optimization & value identification quantified & outlined in levers (E2E)
  • Sustainable supply chain development (e.g. carbon footprint and multimodal optimization)
  • Support overall Business case development & Transition activities to Operations

Now, here's what we need from you:

  • Experience with cross border (European / Global) supply chains
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and logical thinking; translating many different real life situations into models that allow for scenario comparisons; data manipulation & accuracy skills are essential to this role.
  • Quick learning & understanding (process & solution)
  • An excellent degree of computer literacy in regards to Excel & other MS office programs
  • Project management & facilitation skills, able to convert complex into simple (presentation skills, workshops, voice of the customer).
  • Communication skills and Influencing functions (internal & external)
  • Stakeholder management, able to communicate different levels (adaptable)
  • Working knowledge of Transport network design tools (Desirable)
  • Degree in/focus on Supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or mathematics desirable.
  • Ideally at least 5 years varied experience in a logistics or solution design role
  • Robustness / Adaptability / Resolute
