- Produces the manuals for the software produced;
- Provides second level support services;
- Provides operational training to customers;
- Supports the customer in software parameterization;
- Knows how to explain the functionality of some product areas in a clear and complete way, highlighting the effects of parameterization choices;
- Supports the commercial area in presenting the software to customers and prospects.
