- Must have a Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) in computer science or computer engineering.
- Prior experience and professional expertise in software development, integration platforms, and/or AI technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting and/or presales with SAP Business Technology Platform OR a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in similar technology stacks.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Full stack with S/4HANA implementations or extensions/integrations with BTP
- Proficiency in cloud environments (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
- Comfortable with topics such as Cloud in the B2B environment, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud-based commerce/ business networks
- Good understanding of BTP and its various services.
- Fluency in Italian, English and/or Spanish.

Area 1: Support in Deals
The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing SAP's presence and impact in potential customer interactions. Their main focus is not only to deliver presales presentations but also to tailor them to effectively convey the unique benefits of SAP solutions, especially to senior executives. By collaborating closely with various teams, they will be essential in integrating customer needs into innovative stories that showcase SAP's solutions. They will also maintain an asset library to streamline transaction processes. Furthermore, they will lead discovery sessions with potential clients, ensuring that SAP's solutions align with their specific needs. Their deep understanding of SAP solutions, supported by relevant success stories, will establish credibility in the field. Proficiency in virtual tools like the SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology will enable them to deliver impactful remote presentations. Additionally, they will contribute to shaping customer roadmaps towards transitioning to Cloud environments and provide essential support in RFx completion. Their involvement will continue post-sale to ensure smooth client transitions, as well as creating comprehensive narratives for key events and presentations.
Area 2: Generating Demand
The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will be involved in our efforts to generate demand. Leveraging their solid grasp of solution knowledge, they will be responsible for enhancing and refining content that directly addresses the needs of our potential clients. Working closely with our DG & marketing teams, their insights will help create targeted content that resonates with our audience's needs and aspirations.
Area 3: Digital Content
They will actively contribute to developing and refining digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios. By incorporating insights at an intermediate level and understanding product nuances, they will enrich the depth and relevance of the content for our audience.
Sales Enablement:
The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist will also be deeply involved in sales enablement, actively participating in creating and improving training materials. Their comprehensive understanding of SAP products will aid sales teams in navigating through complex features, ensuring they are well-prepared to address customer queries.
