    GD Human Capital es la división de Gesdocument especializada en executive search, fue fundada en el año 2003 como consecuencia de las demandas de nuestros clientes.

    Inicialmente se desarrolló como un servicio interno de la firma de asesoría Gesdocument y con enfoque en búsquedas en las áreas de finanzas y recursos humanos, bajo la enseña Gesdocument Selección.

    El apoyo por parte de nuestros clientes nos animó a realizar un spin off de esta actividad. Vimos que existía una oportunidad de negocio dentro de la consultoría de selección y decidimos crear GD Human Capital.

    Durante los primeros años, adoptamos más un modelo de contingency search firm y nos enfocamos a un mercado internacional y sobre una base generalista y hasta cierto punto masivo, realizando búsquedas en múltiples sectores y especialidades.

    Posteriormente, nos dimos cuenta que, dado nuestro background y experiencia personal y profesional, donde aportábamos más valor, así nos lo han reconocido nuestros clientes, era en la búsqueda de posiciones directivas.

    A partir de ese momento, segregamos el low & middle market bajo la enseña GD Selección para pasar a realizar exclusivamente executive search de posiciones directivas (Grupo C) en GD Human Capital.

    Actualmente, nuestro modelo es el de una retained executive search firm con el que nos sentimos más seguros, comprometidos y confortables.

    Descripción de la ofertaGD Human Capital para captar el mejor talento para importante empresa de servicios industriales, en expansión, ubicada en Rubí (Barcelona) buscamos un/a:

    En dependencia de la Dirección del área, la persona seleccionada se encargará de captar y mantener el talento alineado a las necesidades y valores de la compañía.


    Entre otras funciones se encargará de:

    • Definir la estrategia de reclutamiento y selección en función de las necesidades.
    • Creación y mantenimiento de una base de datos de candidatos.
    • Publicación de ofertas de trabajo y búsqueda de diferentes perfiles utilizando diferentes portales de reclutamiento, redes sociales, foros, escuelas.
    • Criba curricular.
    • Entrevistas telefónicas, presenciales y telemáticas.
    • Negociación de las condiciones de contratación con los candidatos seleccionados.
    • Redacción de cartas de intención de contratación.
    • Onboarding y seguimiento de nuevas incorporaciones.
    • Participar en el análisis y descripción de puestos de trabajo.
    • Definir y divulgar la estrategia de Employer Branding en la compañía.

    Pensamos en un/a profesional de la selección de personal con formación acorde al puesto (Psicología, Relaciones Laborales) que aporte una experiencia demostrable en posiciones de Recruiter, Consultor de Selección de personal, adquirida en empresas de servicios (ETT, Outsourcing, RPO).

    Valoraremos muy positivamente experiencia en la búsqueda y selección de perfiles industriales.
    Ofrecemos posibilidades reales de desarrollo profesional a corto plazo en el ámbito de RRHH dentro de la compañía
    Formación acorde al puesto (Psicología, Relaciones Laborales).Conocimientos actualizados en materia de atracción del talento.
    Experiencia demostrable en posiciones de Recruiter, Consultor de Selección de personal.
