Our Barcelona Hub has been built to achieve the next wave of breakthroughs that help us do what's never been done before, as we expand our global footprint.

Up to 1500 R&D, IT & Commercial specialists will be hired to work at our Barcelona Hub in the coming two years.

Accountabilities:

Essential Skills/Experience:

Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition within a global environment
Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in an inhouse environment or similar
Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns for hard to fill skills sets using a range of methods and tools attraction channels
Ability to adopt and utilise digital/AI tools
Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced changing agile environment
Customer focused, results orientated approach
Persuading and influencing skills, with a strong ability to manage expectations
Written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish
Location: Barcelona

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Educated to degree level/postgraduate qualification in a HR related specialism
Recruiting experience in the Pharmaceutical or IT industry
