JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSABILITIES

RECRUITMENT

  • Personally manage the end to end recruitment delivery of allocated vacancies in the business according to our recruitment process for different levels
  • Intake discussions with managers, requirements and skill, time planning etc
  • Advertisment create and publish internal/external online advertisement, work with LinkedIn and other social media channels to promote AkzoNobel.
  • Selection carry out the entire selection process, preselection, conduct phone/online interview and deep interviews


  • Offer management

  • Coordinate and create offer and have the knowledge about local conditions, salary structure in AkzoNobel and the labour market
  • Talent Pipeline proactive find and source defined target groups

EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Plan and attend student fairs and be responsible for the yearly event planning
  • Responsilble for the creation and ordering of EB material

_ABOUT YOU_

  • University degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum
    34 years in HR, preferably in recruitment;
    at least 1 years inhouse recruitment experience
:


  • Knowledge of current local Employment Law relating to recruitment and selection
  • Experience of working with erecruitment (ATS) and social media platforms such as Linkedin;
  • Proven experience of delivering successful, best practices, end to end recruitment campaigns within specified deadlines
  • Understanding in building
    talent pipelines;:
  • Understanding in using analytics as a tool for monitoring performance.

  • High ability in verbal and written communication both in
    Spanish and English:
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and other relevant HR IT systems
  • Knowledge in SAP is nice to have.
