Description

Reporting to the Global TMAG Manager, you will be a part of the Global Talent Magnetism team, responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services, including external talent acquisition and internal talent mobility.

You will be hiring for our teams based in the EURO regions.

_What you will do_

Own endtoend Early Talent recruitment, partnering with the Program leader to ensure policies are followed consistently globally.
Lead hiring manager briefing meetings to understand the Technology needs and create a detailed document to cover requirements, key strategies, and outcomes
Drive insightled conversations with hiring managers using LinkedIn, Taleo, and other data sources
Write compelling job adverts that drive attraction and ensure compliance
Partner with the talent sourcing team to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies
Utilize Taleo effectively to ensure process compliance, minimize GDPR risk, increase data quality, and focus on reporting and analytics
Advise and support Hiring Managers and internal colleagues through internal moves
Work with the team on process improvements and valueadd projects as needed

Qualifications:

Who you are_**- Experience with successfully delivering major Technology hiring campaigns within an in-house, agency or RPO environment

Experience handling Early Talent recruitment and related activities.
Confident to challenge and consultative with stakeholders across all levels
Able to develop effective relationships and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders across a breadth of countries and cultural differences
Datadriven mindset to demonstrate the impact of recruitment initiatives via reporting and insights
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills.
