    IT Incident Manager (ITIL months /hr - Hybrid - Ideally based in Spain or Europe

    bluewaveSELECT have been retained by an organisation to engage with the right IT Incident Manager (ITLL)

    Although this contract is initially 6-12 months, it is likely to last 2-3 years.

    2 Main areas of this role:

    • Major Incident Management
    • Problem/Escalation Management Key Requirements:
      • Experienced in Crisis and Escalation Management
      • ITIL process experience
      • ServiceNow experience is highly desirable
      • Exceptional English language skills
      • Communication skills speaking to the business
      • Positive, problem solving
