    Posición: Sales Representative Nutrition - BILBAO ( País Vasco, Cantabria, Burgos)

    Funciones:

    • Conseguir o superar el rendimiento esperado de ventas, IE (índice de evolución de mercado) y MS (cuota de mercado) en su territorio.
    • Utilizar estrategias y recursos para conseguir acceso a Personal sanitario de pediatría de su área.
    • Diferenciar la propuesta de valor de Abbott ante todos los proveedores sanitarios asignados y resolver eficazmente sus objeciones o dudas.
    • Esforzarse continuamente para obtener información sobre el mercado: identificación de las necesidades de los clientes, expectativas y retos.
    • Intercambiar buenas prácticas para favorecer el éxito de nuestro negocio.

    Perfil:

    • Imprescindible experiencia mínima de 2-3 años como Delegado de visitas médica.
    • Imprescindible perfil muy comercial, siendo deseable experiencia en visita pediátrica hospitalaria.
    • Deseable estudios superiores.
    • Competitivo con alta orientación a resultados y al cliente.
    • Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos, bajo presión y con alta resistencia al estrés.
    • Capacidad de organización y planificación.
    • Alta capacidad de trabajo, implicación e iniciativa.
    • Capacidad analítica y estratégica
    • Capacidad de adaptación e integración.
    • Honestidad e integridad.
