THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring a
Business Development Representative to our
Client Sales Development team in
Spain.


The Business Development Representative will join as a key member of the expansion team for Spain, responsible for strategically working inbound leads, alongside completing outbound activities, to create value-driven conversations and opportunities validated by our Account Management team.


YOUR IMPACT:


  • Research and tenaciously follow up new inbound opportunities via the phone and web
  • Systematically develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients that show interest via our website or reply to our growth marketing efforts.
  • Connect quickly, in large volume, within the regional enterprise market in order to penetrate and drive business for the Gympass expansion in Spain
  • Be able to pitch and explain a complex and emotional service solution in corporate contexts
  • Consistently crush your monthly validated opportunity quota
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organised, adaptable, optimistic and welcome working in an international context
  • Drive to individually compete (and win) while still being a fantastic team player
  • Understand that their success is not enough, and that the success of an entire team and of those around you, is what sustains profitable growth
  • Work closely with a group of Account Managers to agree upon and execute a solid opportunity validation plan

Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday).


PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
