- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve the product user experience, identifying issues to deliver better value to the customers.
- Assist in the product onboarding process as well as monitor and contributes to product optimization with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Web, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Support the development of quality strategies and initiatives to assist the department in achieving product growth and product management goals.
- Monitoring and of product pages and reviews, to address issues and guarantee Travel Product NPS and CSat targets (corrective action reports and follow-up).
- Help design, document, and maintain processes within the Product Department.
- Assist in implementation, audit, and training of quality initiatives to our suppliers and internal teams.
- Bachelor ́s degree in hospitality, travel, tourism or any related field is preferred but not essential.
- +3 years' experience working with DMC/OTA ́s / Experience in Retail is a plus.
- Proactive, detail and customer oriented, with good organizational skills.
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills between external and internal stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM is an advantage (Salesforce or similar).
