    Back Market is the top marketplace for refurbished electronics globally, with a team of 650 individuals operating in 21 countries.     YOUR MISSION:

    • Implement and oversee global Quality Assurance tools and processes within the French BPO Partner network.
    • Collaborate with internal Care teams to provide performance updates.
    • Work with BPO partners to lead quality analysts in auditing customer service interactions.
    • Conduct data analysis for the French market and offer coaching for auditors.
    • Measure customer experience through quality evaluations and customer satisfaction surveys.
    • Monitor call center metrics to assess operational efficiency.

    YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

    • Prior experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally in a customer service setting.
    • Familiarity with customer experience metrics and call center operations.
    • Proficiency in both English and French languages.
    • Ability to analyze data and provide valuable insights.
    • Experience with electronic tools such as Google Suite, Excel, and Confluence.
    • Proven ability to collaborate cross-departmentally for driving change.
    • Background in Project Management or Six Sigma is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills at all levels.
