Definir, dirigir y liderar la estrategia comercial de la empresa e implementación en los mercados de Iberia. Dirigir y coordinar las actividades de desarrollo comercial dentro de las cuentas de clientes objetivo asignadas. Gestionar y desarrollar el equipo comercial, fomentando una cultura de alto rendimiento y orientada al trabajo en equipo. Responsable de planificar, iniciar, supervisar y/o priorizar proyectos de estrategia e iniciativas de mejora de procesos.
Establece objetivos de ventas mediante la previsión y el desarrollo de cuotas de ventas anuales para regiones y territorios y la proyección de los volúmenes de ventas previstos.
Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con las principales partes interesadas dentro de las cuentas objetivo (externamente) y con otros departamentos de la empresa (internamente).
Impulsar procesos de transformación para innovar la estrategia comercial de la empresa.Crear un entorno de respeto mutuo y libertad para promover el pensamiento creativo y el desacuerdo constructivo Requisitos:
Ingeniero con MBA o Master en Ventas.
Experiencia mínima de 10 años en el sector logístico, intralogístico, productivo o afines Se valorará el conocimiento de sistemas de transporte autónomo.
Capacidad para planificar, gestionar y ejecutar proyectos dentro del presupuesto y los plazos previstos. Excelente pensamiento estratégico. Excelente capacidad analítica. Experiencia demostrada en el impulso de procesos de innovación y transformación. Dominio del inglés y el español.
