    The Service Marine market plays a vital role in Alfa Laval Iberia's growth strategy.

    Alfa Laval Iberia is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Marine Division to develop business and service agreements in the Marine & Diesel Industry for Spain and Portugal.

    This role involves close coordination within the Marine Division and frequent travel within Spain and Portugal.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Analyzing market insights and customer behavior to develop business plans aligned with divisional strategies
    • Generating and converting leads into business opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline
    • Engaging with customers through visits, meetings, and multichannel interactions to understand their needs and showcase product value

    • Someone who understands customer needs, focuses on creating value in the customer journey, and has strong communication and teamwork skills
    • A results-driven professional with energy and passion for driving business outcomes

    Job requirements:

    • Degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales in the Marine Market with a strong commercial focus
    • Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
    • Residing in the Madrid area with willingness to travel in Spain & Portugal
