Con una presencia en más de 100 países, se enorgullece de su sólida reputación de proporcionar productos de alta calidad a los consumidores. La empresa cuenta con un equipo de más de 5000 empleados a nivel mundial.

    El candidato/a se responsabilizará de:* Viajar a la cuenta clave/ubicación del cliente, si es necesario, para construir una relación de trabajo sólida.* Establecer una relación estrecha y confiable con los clientes.* Recomendar la mejor combinación entre las necesidades del mercado y la disponibilidad del producto. * Gestionar facturas y documentos de envío, así como proporcionar información proactivamente al cliente. * Capturar pedidos, gestionar, revisar y verificar la disponibilidad de productos. * Gestionar reclamaciones y coordinar devoluciones. * Informar proactivamente a los clientes sobre la disponibilidad, actualizaciones y lanzamientos de productos.* Controlar y garantizar la ejecución y cumplimiento de los pedidos en todos los niveles del proceso de entrega, en coordinación con el equipo central de operaciones de exportación y la cadena de suministro. * Administrar, controlar y coordinar el Archivo Maestro de Precios.* Prevenir situaciones de falta de stock a nivel de cliente y ofrecer alternativas cuando sea posible. * Realizar el proceso mensual de reasignación de ventas para clientes de cuentas clave.* Mantener y actualizar los datos maestros del cliente y los precios a través de la Solución de Integridad del Socio Comercial (BPIS), establecer nuevos clientes o ubicaciones de entrega y llevar a cabo el proceso anual de certificación de cumplimiento AIT.* Iniciar el intercambio de mejores prácticas y buscar la mejora continua.

    El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

    • Título universitario en Negocios, Marketing o un campo relacionado.
    • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas.
    • Experiencia en el sector de bienes de consumo de alta rotación (FMCG).
    • Capacidad para trabajar bien en equipo y colaborar eficazmente con los demás.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
    • Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés (C1).
    • Conocimientos avanazados en MS Office.
    • Valorable experiencia en SAP R3 SD & MM y BPIS.
