Executive Search, Talent Acquisition Process and Delivery expert, responsible for overseeing the E2E recruitment process, advising, and providing in-depth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments and metrics to the hiring team (Director, VP, and Board-Member level) for process improvement, working with top global organisations in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, O&G, FMCG, Medical Devices, Telecommunications, Semiconductors, and Engineering sectors guiding them through their transformation/change processes.
As a hands-on Recruitment Manager, I lead the different accounts inside the Executive Search arena, providing strategic direction regarding recruiting trends, risks, and possibilities for niche and confidential hiring in the EMEA region plus the USA, partnering with Client recruiting leadership on an executive level, running high-quality executive candidates’ presentations with a focus on diversity.
Responsible for leading a multicultural team of 5 Associates and Recruiters across different regions, with a strong focus on implementing a DE&I strategy in all the projects we are responsible for, ensuring we provide top-level service both to the client and the candidates involved.

Responsible for Executive Search and Talent Search Strategies managing the delivery of E2E talent sourcing and acquisition projects specifically for Pharma, FMCG, Hi-Tech, Chemical, Medical Devices, Semiconductors, and Engineering blue-chip companies.

- Liaise with senior stakeholders such as VPs, Senior Directors, and Managers across all business areas.
