• Directed the development and execution of the washing machine portfolio strategy, including designing a product roadmap focused on sales generation and market expansion.
• Performed weekly sales forecasts for Sell-in and sell-out and led the product pricing strategy.
• Managed promotion budgets and coordinated advertising campaigns with interlinked departments.
• Led over 20 new model launchings, including the first Samsung Laundry Center, the first top-loading washing machines with Wi-Fi connectivity, Bubble Smart, and the expansion of the front-loading AI Control, line-up with artificial intelligence.
• Achieved a historic net sales record exceeding US$ 55M in 2021 (G/R +44% vs 2020).
• Ranked as the #1 brand in the washing machine category with a market share of 42.7% (GFK 2022), this position was not achieved since 2017. In the front-loading subcategory, considered a premium segment, the market share reached 50.3% (GFK 2022).
