Descripción
To ensure that all PA and secretarial duties are carried out in an efficient, accurate and confidential manner, namely:
Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
Preparing confidential documentation (including some PowerPoint presentations) and typing, filing, and handling of correspondence
Scheduling and coordinating meetings/client visits and ensuring that agendas are coordinated.
Taking meeting minutes, recording actions and decisions etc.
Preparing of expense reports
Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements and co-ordination of itineraries
Maintaining of whereabouts calendar
Organizing conferences (off-site and internal), lunches, dinners and special events
Planning/coordination of large events, meetings or conferences, screening inquiries or complaints as well as projects, budgeting, and space planning
Ensure work being done on behalf of the different managers is submitted on due dates (i.e. monthly reports) and that files are actioned as appropriate


YOUR PROFILE
HND in Secretarial Studies/Office Management
Active and fluent in at least English
Use of necessary reference works
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role or as PA to Board Director
Experience of working for an international company preferred.
Strong levels of discretion, ensuring maintenance of confidentiality across all aspects of the role
First class communication, grammar, and business writing skills
Ability to communicate to individuals across all levels of organization.
Good organizational skills
Initiative
Ability to work towards deadlines.
Good time management
Flexibility
