    The Customer Happiness team is the essence of Hector Kitchen. We are in direct contact with our customers and the happiness of their four-legged friends depends on us Additionally, we shape the development of Hector Kitchen with creativity and by implementing changes that will make us grow stronger.     The mission:
    As our Logistics Specialist, you hold a crucial role in the Hector Kitchen team. You are the link between our customers and our delivery partner. You are key to ensure our customers experience a smooth journey from purchase to delivery. Your main missions are:

    • Logistics: making sure that our service is well delivered and the quality of deliveries provided by our partner
    • Assist Hector Kitchen's customers: you will be in direct contact with our customers and helping them with their queries for logistics related topics
    • Operations: identify and optimise external as well as internal processes (team communication, logistics, organisation, customer service etc.)
    • Analyse customer trends and behaviour to identify improvements: you will be communicating with internal parties to ensure quality norms, customer expectations and functionality are always adequately treated and deployed
    • Fraud Investigator : Identify the frauds (as real or not). Find new processes to detect them.

    • You have exceptional analytical skills: you can conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis with concrete results in order to formulate practical solutions. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential

    • You are autonomous: you can complete tasks independently, structure your queries and you are not afraid of responsibilities
    • You are adaptable: you can adapt to changes and keep up with the demands of expanding a startup
    • You are a team player: you know how to efficiently and pleasantly collaborate with your peers, and support your teammates

    • You are caring: you care about what you do, your teammates and about animals & their wellbeing
