    Requirements:

    • Build logistics partners relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.
    • Lead recurrent business review meetings with key transportation 3PLs to continuously make improvement in operational setup.
    • Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.
    • Support the onboarding of new logistics partners in the platform from an operational point of view (cut off times, capacities, SLAs, etc)
    • Work with different internal & external stakeholders in diverse projects to improve continuously service levels & bring efficiency into operations.
    • Problem solving mindset to anticipate operational issue and proactively improve logistics service level

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus.
    • Good relationship with logistics partners, mainly domestic courier companies in Spain.
    • Very strong numerical and analytical skills, able to translate business results into solutions.
    • Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence.
    • Attention to detail and communication skills.
    • Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration is a plus.
    • Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
