- Lead and motivate an team of sales agents to achieve individual an team sales targets
- Provide coaching, training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Analyze market trends and customer feedbacks to identify opportunities of improvement and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
- At least 5 years experience in sales, 2 of which in management, preferably in the Italian market
- Native level of Italian
- Advanced level of English
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Based in Barcelona

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager with a native level of Italian to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for managing the Italian market team and ensure it reaches its goals. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
