    EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager with a native level of Italian to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for managing the Italian market team and ensure it reaches its goals. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

    Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Lead and motivate an team of sales agents to achieve individual an team sales targets
    • Provide coaching, training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedbacks to identify opportunities of improvement and growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
    • Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
    Requirements:
    • At least 5 years experience in sales, 2 of which in management, preferably in the Italian market
    • Native level of Italian
    • Advanced level of English
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Based in Barcelona
