As an English teacher at the British-Peruvian Cultural Association, I prepared audiovisual content for virtual classes tailored to different age groups, conducted sessions for children, teenagers, and adults, and manage groups of 10-20 students. I continuously monitored students' development through different evaluations and provided feedback sessions to help them improve their English language skills.

As an Assistant Scheduling Coordinator at Home Safe Claims, I facilitated communication between clients and insurance companies to schedule inspections, managed a database containing client and insurance company information, and organized adjusters' schedules to increase efficiency. I also responded to client queries and provided solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

As a Community Manager at Tradicion Sambuceti, I stayed up-to-date with social media trends and created engaging content for various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. I managed social media campaigns, planned and designed different marketing campaigns to generate new leads, and provided product recommendations to customers to increase sales revenue.

Overall, my work experience shows that I have a diverse skill set, including effective communication, organization, adaptability, creativity, and customer service.
