    Information Systems Manager Full time / Barcelona

    Position Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced IS Manager with extensive SAP Business One experience to join our team. Must have considerable knowledge of SAP (ideally Business One) as well as MAC computer software and hardware. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and strong experience with systems project management. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential.


    Essential Duties:
    Bridges gaps between various departments using technical and business knowledge by proactively addressing problems and providing solutionsMaps complex business processes into company ERP (SAP Business One) by creating and training standard operating procedures to ensure successful process implementationSupports and enhances SAP Business One by creating new modules (UDF, UDT, UDO) as per business requirementsCreates customized reports using Google Sheet/Excel (Pivot & VLOOKUP), Boyum for SAP Business One, SQL and Crystal Reports to eliminate system transaction bottlenecks and ensure adherence to business expectationsProvides support to the business by identifying solutions to streamline and improve efficiencies through IT solutions and provide relevant IT trainingInstalls, configures, and upgrades computer, peripherals, and softwareDiagnoses, repairs, and maintains hardware, peripherals, and software systemsImplement and enforce cybersecurity policies and measures

    Core Competencies:
    Efficient SAP Business One experience and ability to understand complex business processes. Experience with SAP and other ERP integration is a plus.

    Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; able to apply independent judgment on a regular basis in making decisionsAble to communicate English in a clear, articulate, and professional manner.

    Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with other team membersAdapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected eventsPrioritize work activities, use time efficiently and work through projects in a self-motivated mannerProficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

    DOMO/Tableau implementation and experience is a plusEducation and Experience:
    Successful completion of a university degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting) and/or Information Systems5+ years' experience in SAP Business One (or similar ERP system), having wide knowledge on all core modules and core AddOnsExtensive experience with Transact-SQL queries, scripts, and/or advanced spreadsheets

    Work environment:

    Remote work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI's office in Barcelona for in-office or in-person meetings.

    Candidates must be flexible in regards to their schedule to accommodate working with an international teamTraining will happen in Los Angeles, California in person at the company headquarters for the first 2 weeksCompany Overview:
