    We are looking for a Test automation specialist (4745) to work for our client, the European Commission, remotely .

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design, prepare, and monitor ServiceNow automated tests to ensure system reliability and performance.
    • Contribute to the integration of ServiceNow automated testing within the overall testing process.
    • Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies aligned with DevSecOps principles.
    • Develop a robust test automation architecture and methodology tailored to project requirements.
    • Create, modify, and maintain automated test scripts to meet evolving business needs.
    • Facilitate the transition of testing procedures from manual to automated approaches.
    • Generate automated test reports and metrics to measure testing effectiveness and coverage.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Ability to understand, speak, and write French and English (C1 level for both) is mandatory
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform navigation and configuration.
    • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF).
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and automation capabilities.
    • Ability to design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
    • Familiarity with performance and security testing methodologies.
    • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
    • Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ISTQB, or Selenium WebDriver Professional are advantageous.
