• Responsible of digital advertising strategy of Vodafone and Lowi to increase brand relevance and ensure efficiencies in the buying of digital media and audience drive.

• Define Joint Business Plans and strategic partnerships with key digital partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Amazon, Teads, Spotify) to optimize Vodafone brand campaigns, test new features and improve performance. 

• Develop and implement KPIs and transform data into intelligence to make the media buying more efficient and take effective decisions for optimization.

• Launch the first insourced media team in Vodafone Spain that takes strategic and operational accountability of all Digital Media disciplines (Search, Social and Programmatic) from agency.

• Solidify executive relationships and drive growth with targeted agencies. Help agencies drive growth with customers. Devise partnership-building strategies with the Agency Head.

• Develop best practices and benchmarking initiatives to optimize each agency. Work closely with the vertical teams and product specialists to ensure their direct impact of agency initiatives on key clients.
