    La tua missione

    • Definire e migliorare gli standard degli impianti, applicabili alla funzione Manutenzione;
    • migliorare l'affidabilità dell'attrezzatura e assicurarne la durabilità seguendo la strategia di manutenzione definita;
    • formare e trasmettere la conoscenza e la competenza per le azioni di manutenzione di livello 1 e livello 2.

    Alcune attività principali:

    • Conformare la documentazione tecnica dell'impianto e delle infrastrutture associate (sicurezza, qualità, procedure di risposta e backup);
    • definire e applicare le istruzioni di manutenzione (impostazione, regolazione, adeguamento, calibrazione);
    • efficientare gli interventi di assistenza (risposte alle domande di manutenzione operativa su guasti e piani d'azione correttivi per evitare problemi ricorrenti);
    • monitorare i parametri tecnici sotto controllo;
    • gestire l'elenco dei pezzi di ricambio (definizione, adattamento, ottimizzazione, cancellazione);
    • migliorare il Tasso di Rendimento Sintetico (disponibilità della macchina, affidabilità, miglioramento della performance);
    • abbassare i costi di manutenzione (risoluzione dei problemi e carico di lavoro preventivo);

    Prerequisiti:

    • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccatronica / Automazione
    • Disponibilità alla mobilità geografica
    • Conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua Italiana e Inglese a livello fluente
