    At ING we are looking for Internal Control Finance Specialist Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Internal Control Finance Specialist to join our Internal Control Finance Team Team of Financial Accounting Team The responsibility of this team is to ensure the right implementation of the regulatory controls (SOx) and the Standards of practice issued by ING Group and our way of working is dynamic and teamwork.


    Your key responsibilities:
    As a Internal Control Finance Specialist you will:
    Positively contribute to create a risk culture in the finance team and across the bank.

    Ensure Risk and Control framework Methodology (RIAs, RCSAs, walkthrough, Narratives, Process Flow Chart,...) Complete process risk and control design reviews and testing to provide effective risk oversight.

    Developed adequate processes and procedures to effectively monitor and manage risk and controls.
    Establishment and /or adoption of standards in order of safeguarding the quality of controls and documentation.

    Support the identification, assessment, and response to address new and emerging risk by identifying and supporting the use of appropriate tools, resources and active participation in business initiatives.

    Evaluate and challenge root cause and mitigation plans.
    MS and policies interpretation and implementation.
    Monitoring and supporting the effective implementation of IC framework.
    English fluency.

    En ING buscamos Especialista en Control Interno de Finanzas Tu papel y entorno de trabajo: Buscamos un Especialista en Finanzas de Control Interno con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro Equipo de Finanzas de Control Interno del Equipo de Contabilidad Financiera.

    La responsabilidad de este equipo es asegurar la correcta implementación de los controles reglamentarios (SOx) y las Normas de práctica emitidas por el Grupo ING y nuestra forma de trabajar es dinámica y en equipo.


    Tus responsabilidades clave:
    Como Especialista en Control Interno de Finanzas deberás:
    Contribuir positivamente a crear una cultura de riesgo en el equipo financiero y en todo el banco.

    Asegurar la Metodología del marco de Riesgo y Control (RIAs, RCSAs, walkthrough, Narrativas, Diagrama de Flujo del Proceso,...) Completar las revisiones y pruebas del diseño de riesgo y control del proceso para proporcionar una supervisión efectiva del riesgo.

    Desarrollo de procesos y procedimientos adecuados para supervisar y gestionar eficazmente el riesgo y los controles.
    Establecimiento y/o adopción de normas para salvaguardar la calidad de los controles y la documentación.

    Apoyar la identificación, evaluación y respuesta para hacer frente a los riesgos nuevos y emergentes mediante la identificación y el apoyo a la utilización de las herramientas adecuadas, los recursos y la participación activa en las iniciativas empresariales.

    Evaluar y cuestionar la causa raíz y los planes de mitigación.
    Interpretación y aplicación de MS y políticas.
    Supervisión y apoyo a la aplicación efectiva del marco de CI.
    Dominio del inglés.
