STRATEGIC AREA: Analysis of the evolution and trends of the market and competitors; analysis and presentation of the strategic plan (Business plan) in collaboration with finance and marketing to define a target margin according to the company's KPIs; promote continuous improvement through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, to take advantage of opportunities, with the help of engineering, quality, design, etc.; review of prototypes in order to meet the objectives and search for savings opportunities; supervision of cost breakdowns by product and strategic analysis of suppliers in order to minimize risks and obtain savings.
