    The project

    Under the responsibility of the Retail Operations & Coordination Manager SWH, the Retail Operations Coordinator will participate in the Retail Excellence strategy by ensuring the proper functioning of all store operations. He/she will be responsible for optimizing the usage of all in-store systems by training store teams, answering to their needs and collecting their feedbacks.

    What will the role entail?

  • Play a key role in the regional execution of the Retail Excellence project by ensuring a frictionless journey with all in-store systems to reduce non selling hours.
    - Store trainings: ensuring that all store managers are properly trained and
    knowledgeable of in-store systems and related processes (acting as a 'Train The
    Trainer').
    - Store communications: be the local operations representative by voicing the central and hub priorities and objective to area manager and their teams. o Retail collaboration: work in close collaboration with area managers to meet their needs while reaching operational targets.
    - Key performance indicators: have ownership, responsibility, and accountability of the regional retail operations KPIs.
    - Roll outs: take the local lead on all new roll outs by federating cross functional teams and ensuring change management.
  • Be the first respondent for stores to address their operational issues and guide them in their resolution.
    - Collaborate with the rest of the Hub Operations team to share best practices, standardize processes, and represent the Hub as one voice.
    - Consolidate and report weekly performances and key updates via the weekly newsletter.
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years minimum experience with retail operations systems and processes
  • Have a strong awareness of the retail world (challenges and opportunities)
  • A good sense of communication , a strong open-mindedness , and a deep sense of collaboration and teamwork
  • Have a pragmatic/problem solving mindset with a quantitative/analytical aptitude
  • Be rigorous , organized , precise and concise
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to federate various stakeholders
  • Be autonomous and mobile, know how to organize work over a wide range of topics
  • Have a sense of anticipation, coordination and be results driven
  • Proficiency with excel and a good knowledge of PowerPoint
