    Verisure , operating under two brand names ( Securitas Direct & Verisure ) is seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Group Talent Acquisition – Tech Team in Madrid

    About the role

    The role goes beyond transactional recruitment - it will touch upon various aspects of recruitment, HR and the overall business, and will further develop the successful candidate across various areas of expertise

    The post-holder will be involved in the recruitment of key Tech Talent for our Group Functions.

    Indeed, Technology plays an important role in our value creation. Verisure is going to continue to enhance its customers experience with amazing service and cutting-edge technology bringing on board talents across R&D , IT and InfoSec.

    Responsibilities

    Our TA team will be able to offer you the chance to better yourself and get in contact with industry leaders in a variety of fields related to the Verisure group.

    Some of the main responsibilities will be :

  • Leading the end-to-end of the Recruitment Process.
  • Building relationships with the Business and key stakeholders.
  • Reporting functions.
  • Collaborating with the Employer Branding actions (attending Job Fairs, hackathon, datathons, etc).
  • Participating in the implementation of Process Improvements and Best Practices.

    • Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish, being able to assess candidates' proficiency to better fit our business needs.
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent acquisition specialist with account management experience.
  • Experience in hiring for Technical/ Engineering/Product roles for Tech/Fintech companies
  • Able to present comprehensive candidate reports to business.
  • Internal recruitment experience would be an advantage
  • We are seeking individuals with passion for innovation and willing to challenge themselves.
  • Highly valued knowledge in HR software and recruitment ATS, content creation, product presentation, HR, analytics, Data, etc..
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Able to deal with a high and sophisticated workload
