Who am I

I am passionate it about personal and professional growth and develop people capabilities in order to reach objectives.

I have over more than 15 years Management and Consulting HR positions. I have learned the Startup Ecosystem and the flexible and learn oriented role from consulting experience.

I have covered the full life employee cycle in all its phases from talent attraction to talent retention. Also working on a culture model based on creating and obtaining results with a balanced between speed and right standars. My role has been critical to growth staff.

I am self-confidence, with strong communications skills, empathetic between employers and employees, a problem solver and inspirational leader.

Designing a recruitment framework for Staff and senior roles to make processes measurable and scalable in order to achieve the company ́s long term goals. Implementing Scorecard system to make sure a list of skills and qualifications that a candidate would need to be successful in a position.

Designing a robust Global Onboarding for international employee ensuring integrating and including them within the company and make sure they receive all information is need it for developing the role. Implementing a buddy program to ensure job integration and a guarantee a welcoming environment form day one.

Covering training needs by setting- up a Training policy, covering core values, skills, tech certifications, inspirational talks, congress presence and transfer of knowledge across the group.

Creating from scratch a 360 Performance review for Staff, Associates with same statements and different level of requirements. Measured against Hyphen values and results by assessing skills and knowledge needed for the job, problem solving required, which the job demands alongside impact and risk on business results.

Implement development and mentoring programs to connect more experienced team members into developmental relationships with team members who want to expand their skills and experience.

Ensuring performance review process is of a highly standard by doing workshops with Directors Associates and Senior roles involved in the process. Implement a ongoing feedback allowing employees to grow and develop.

Experiencia

I have over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Consulting positions, in both soft and hard skills. I have covered the full employee cycle in all its phases from talent attraction to retention, identifying the levers to bring it to its full potential as a team. 

Culture model based on creating and obtaining results, with the challenge of maintaining order and the start-up spirit in a rapidly increasing workforce, in what regards the number and variety of profiles.
