Job Description:
Job Summary


The Global Ad Operations Executive will join a team who is responsible for the correct set-up and implementation in ad servers and/or ad verification servers of digital campaigns for a wide range of large international clients managed within the Global Ad Operations Hub in Madrid, Spain.


With functions including the day to day trafficking of campaigns and client-side tagging, as well as troubleshooting or technical implementation issues, the role requires an excellent customer service orientation, supporting planning and trading teams to optimize campaigns and maximize results.


The role requires natural interest of understanding the overall set of ad technology platforms and interrelationship between them to provide with best in breed approaches and solutions to the digital tracking and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for our Global clients.


This will require daily interaction with internal teams such as digital media planning and analytics, external clients, and ad technology partners to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of all digital advertising campaigns.

Mission & Responsibilities

  • Manage and traffic campaigns in different ad servers, mainly in CM, Sizmek and Adform
  • Understand client advertising stack and data collection ecosystem
  • Setup campaign in ad verification platforms (Double Verify, MOAT, Integral Ad Science)
  • QA implementation of ads to ensure they meet publisher specifications and ad server requirements
  • Troubleshoot ad or tag issues with publishers or ad tech partners
  • QA specific naming conventions or other implementation standards applicable by client
  • Understand client objectives and how the agency delivers media strategies to accomplish them
  • Implement ad servers post activity tags aligned with the tagging strategy and data layer definition
  • Provide custom client solutions to specific client tracking needs
  • Generate, QA, and troubleshoot implementation of conversion tags
  • Exposure to other marketing platforms (DSP, Social Platforms) to understand overall campaign setup
  • Liaise with internal teams (planners and traders) to provide with bestinclass tracking implementations
  • Liaise with 3rd party companies to find solutions or troubleshoots issues (tag management, consent, analytics, trading teams, publishers,)
  • Support on building different tools to run and optimize execution of internal processes
  • Support media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related measurement needs
  • Support to keep knowledge base and client related documentation always up to date
  • Stay aware of the latest technologies to improve agency offering
Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in digital, analytics or advertising technologies
Soft skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge and/or experience with ad servers is a plus
  • Strong interest in technology in the advertising landscape
  • Good level of the English language, both written and spoken
